The last couple of years, he has been an integral part of the development of business excellence in Better Energy.
Based on his extensive experience within operational excellence from high/hypergrowth companies and large global companies, Steen uses his knowledge within business design, procurement, negotiation and process optimization to help companies transform their business and create an efficient company.
